This section of What The Hell Happened! Comes Courtesy of yahoo's Omg, section. I can not believe Richard Simmons, really stepped out side of his house with that top and those shorts on and then had the nerve to throw on some bobby socks. Richard was not half as bad as singer Tori Amos, with the crayola colored hair and leather...whatever that was. These two need a new stylist or just be put on TLC's What not to Wear.
